The tensioning unit of the Planofil Multiplex Branca 24 is equipped with disc yarn brakes to regulate the tension applied to the yarn during winding.
The yarn is laid transversely on a black or white trapezoidal board.
The drive system controls the internal motor and limit sensors for automatic start and stop at the end of the winding cycle.
The device for laying yarns on self-adhesive rubber strips is available upon request, as well as the accessory for winding multiple yarns simultaneously on the same board, and the one for examining the shrinkage of textured yarns.
