The card winder allows the user to create yarn colour patterns on chart .
Additional purposes in which the colour sampling machine could be used for are the laboratory analyses as whiteness test, ultraviolet ray resistance test, samples standardization, colours comparison, color charts presentation, etc..
Colour Sampling 27 is a card winder designed with special pulleys on one side in compliance with ASTM D2255.
CS27 basement is steady and of stainless steel to avoid unpleasant vibrations during the wrapping.
To assure an additional card stiffness during the yarn wrapping, it is provided solid support fixed parallely to the card of stainless steel at a desired thickness from 0,8 to 2 mm.
Adjustable tensioning devices with spring related to the number of yarn positions.
