Card winder model Colour Sampling 74V is a semi automatic device able to prepare yarn colour cards with settable card dimensions of:

• Length: from 150 to 320 mm;
• Width: from 50 to 100 mm;

Colour Sampling 74V wraps up to a maximum of 12 yarn ends.

The setting of yarn wrapping passages have to be set on electronic counter by the operator; once wrapping process has started the brushless motor increase speed with a gradual start, return and end rotation with a smooth deceleration until the end of the wrapping process.
Adjustable colours windings with external potentiometer for turning speed and wrapping speed;

Card speed range:

• from 50 to 850 turns/min;

Drawing up speed range:
• from 35 to 450 turns/min;
