Quick Drier 3

Quick Dryer 3 is rapid dryng oven for drying cycles of fabrics subjected to warm temperatures up to 100°C and for preparing fabrics to lab tests or dyeing process

The body structure is composed of a wide interior drying chamber of 200 liters that allows to host various levels of drilled shelves for placing the samples of fabrics. This accessories are divided by 3 shelves in height as it is shown on the picture

QUICK DRYIER3 is equipped with PID controller able to manage a precise and steady control of the drying temperature and a timer to deifine the cycle time to dry up the materials.

A safety device controls the indoor temperature of the room to warn on eventual overcoming of anomalous temperatures blocking the operation of the heating and ventilation.

The stop operation by the chamber is also managed by micro-switch in case the operator open the chamber during the cycle running, and starts automatically after its closing again.

The time foreseen to dry up the samples of fabrics are extremely rapid:

• For fabric sheets: up to 30 in 3 to 10 minutes
• For fabrics stripes: up to 90 in 10 to 15 minutes

The usefullnesses for the Quick Drier3 are immediate and improve the production and dyeing processes for working activities.
The materials remain soft and unaltered thanks to the homogeneous air distribution that assure no influence to the material itself.
