The ADIABATIC SATURATION UNIT - Branca Idealair is an air conditioning unit capable of achieving and maintaining in a chamber realized with insulated walls with a thickness not less than 12 cm, the thermo-hygrometric conditions required by the European and international Standards on the acceptability requirements and test methods on Cements according to UNI EN 169/1 and the test methods on Paper / Paperboard according to UNI EN ISO 2233: 2001 (Packaging -- Complete, filled transport packages and unit loads -- Conditioning for testing):

Relative humidity : > 90% (o 50%)
The adiabatic saturation element consists of:
An aluminum structure, complete with fans with modulating speed controller and panel air filters;
HMI panel operator, showing chamber control parameters, parameters setting and alarms diagnostic;
Humidification system with forced ventilation able to provide adiabatic saturation process, coated non-woven felt in polyester fibers with prismatic profile, without no drops formation;
The efficiency of evaporation process is assured by the compensation of the latent heat absorbed with cover protected elements immersed operating from the control on the lower limit of temperature.
Evaporative Capacity at 90% on Relative humidity: 1 lt/h approximately;
For TESTS ON CEMENTS (UNI EN 169/1):
The ADIABATIC SATURATION ELEMENT allows to achieve and maintain the water temperature under control for the maturation the cement specimens and the conditions required of:
Temperature: 20°C +/- 1°C
The System is composed of
Aluminum body, complete with built-in blower and filter panel;
HMI panel operator, complete with temperature and parameters monitor with light signaling performance and alarms diagnostic.
If the Customer has the ability to provide water supply to 15 ° C, Branca Idealair offers :
AIR COOLER WITH AIR CONDENSER, equipped with:
- Water circulation pump for the auxiliary power of the battery cooling;
- Water tank thermostat in polyester resin with polyurethane foam insulation;
- Refrigerating unit thermostat set at 16°C to obtain required water;
- Battery with forced air flow;
- Inlet axial fan;
- Anti-frozen safety thermostat;
- Condense water drain overflow equipped with maximum level sensor;
- Realized in stainless steel material;
TEMPERATURE CLOSE CONTROL
Pre-conditioning for the first 24 hours of the specimens in the dies.
Equipped with a separate auxiliary coil immersed in the chilled water storage tank, a three-way solenoid valve, process timer and mechanical filters.
INTERNAL SHELVES (on request by the Customer)
Modular structure in tubular stainless steel 18/10 with 4 polypropylene perforated shelves; dimensions cm. 100 x 50 x 180 h; maximum capacity of each shelf kg. 250.
For the housing outside of the cooling unit consisting of 3 walls made with modular panels in white color RAL 7035 mm thick. 60, complete with profiles and socket.
Dimensions mt. 2 x 3 x 3 height approx.
Suitable for special applications and in presence of high relative humidity values, according to IP65 standards.
