PAPER BOX

Inside a laboratory the PAPER BOX - Branca Idealair is the ideal solution for the precision air conditioning of paper and paperboard samples guaranteeing the following reference climatic conditions:

Temperature:	(18 ÷ 23) ± 0,5 °C;
Relative humidity:	(50 ÷ 65) ± 2 %;

The air handling is performed inside the box with a special group of Peltier cells and it is cooled down thanks to the its direct passage across the cold side of the cell.

The Temperature control is managed across low-power heaters that provide to required heating presence under control of the micro-controller. On the front right side of the box, the control board is equipped with a special knob to regulate the speed of the air circulation blower that helps the RH control in the different seasons.

On the left-front side, a monochromatic display with HMI touch screen technology and with 3" screen resolution allows to read the parameters monitored inside the conditioned space with a dedicated probe, a USB slot to control communication with an external analyses software and the relative signaling lamps for system diagnostics.

Thanks to the external auxiliary software, the Paper Box is flexible and easy to use starting from its installation and to its several functions to make statistical calculations and checks on records and also the building of trend graphs for the QMS reports. The software allows to perform automatically the saving of files inside directories of a SERVER or directly on the User PC.

The PAPER MEASURE BOX allows the ONLY TEMPERATURE control and the CLIMATIC CONTROL. With its easy structure and realization but thanks to its effectiveness in thermo-hygrometric control this unit helps the laboratories to obtain accurate results supplying the best quality to the tests and to the final products, etc....

The thermal gloves are supplied with insulated flanges to apply at the openings on the front side.
