The Climatic Element Branca Idealair Type 2/S allows to obtain and maintain constant climatic conditions within very closed tolerances:

- Relative humidity: (45 - 50) ± 2 %
The ambient air volume expected for Climatic Element Type 2/S is 200 ÷ 300 m3

The structure consists of a stainless steel box with a large opening, doorknobs for an easy and complete view of internal spaces, components and suitable for maintenance activities.
The unit is equipped internally with a basin, to recover condensing water produced by the evaporator coil and in the climatic version to set humidification resistances too, supported by the structure frame and stainless steel regulation damper .
The upper spaces are at disposal for the electrical components and for different filtration levels.
The climatic unit blower is a coaxial model with automatic speed control; the motor speed increases/decreases when closely influenced respectively by the increase or decrease of the air flow losses caused by the sedimentation of dusts and solid particles on suction and on final filters.
Pre-filters at medium filtration efficiency on air suction panels are set before the air inlet duct and inside the Climatic unit to prevent from dusts in order to assure the minimum level of pollution inside the climatic unit and the laboratory room itself.
Final filtration with high efficiency in the air outlet, Class 1000, and elimination of all harmful germs present in the respiratory aparat of people, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 9.5.85 Circular 232-5-4 of the French Ministry of Labour and as shown on the 'Guidelines for the protection and promotion of health in confined spaces' published in the Italian Official Gazette No. 252 of November 2001;
Circuit charged with gas compatible with the standards of environmental protection (GWP<2000), with protection by modulating the thermal valves without mechanical stress, suction gas filter on the compressor, the condenser fan motor modulating control of air, control of temperature dew point or the temperature of the compressor.
Heat exchange coil evaporator cooling, consisting of tubes and copper fins to prevent the redox of contact for galvanic effect of different conductors in the presence of water greedy ion.
Bactericidal action of the copper of the fins in preventing the development of bacterial cultures and fungi in saturation conditions.
Spacing of the fins of 3 mm. to allow an easy periodical maintenance of the finned pack with water-jet pump at the level of the floor;
WATER TREATMENT AND PURIFICATION
In operation mode, without any regeneration cycle, with power of the humidification system produced by a sequence of filters (mechanical and active carbon filters) and subsequently treated by reverse osmosis group and guaranteeing an automatic regulation on pressure water charge always protected through a magnetic limescale device, in balanced quantities to avoid any risk of water flooding outside the humidification vessel.
AIR FLOW DISTRIBUTION
Air in velocity is less than 0,15 m/s and tangential to the walls, with recovery of hot air convection removal of layers with collection of recirculating air from hole between the insulated ceiling and the false ceiling.
False ceiling in aluminium with heat absorbent action in order to ensure the maximum uniformity of the samples to the worktop or workdesks, and simultaneous energy recovery in compensation to the post-heating tip.
